My sign-in code hasn't arrived
Check the spam folder, and that the address is your workspace's. Codes expire after 10 minutes (30 while you are creating your account): if it takes longer, ask for another. A corporate mail filter can hold one for a few minutes.
I've lost access to my account
From the sign-in screen you can ask for a one-time code to your address even if you don't remember the password. That lets you in, and you can set a new one under Account.
I want to change a bidding's closing time
You can't, and that is deliberate: somebody may have bid counting on that hour. You can pause the artwork, withdraw it, or end it early by withdrawing it. Once it is over, Reopen opens a new round with the same QR.
I got the price or the photo wrong
Title, artist and details can be edited while the artwork is a draft, ready, live or paused — not once bidding has closed. The image, the starting bid and the increment can be edited until the first offer arrives — after that they are fixed, because somebody has already bid against them.
My printer doesn't offer A6
It doesn't need to. The label is 105 × 148 mm on any paper: on A4 or A5 it prints at true size in a corner, to be cut out.
When do I see the collector's details?
From the moment their offer is recorded, on the results screen and in the live panel. We don't wait for the close, and we hide nothing from the person paying us.
