Every work takes offers while you're with another collector. On the wall or on your Instagram.

ArtBidHere is software you open in your phone’s browser. Photograph the work, set the lowest offer you would accept and print its QR label. Collectors scan and bid from their phone, with no account. When bidding closes you get every offer with its email and telephone number, and you close the sale yourself. At the fair, at the opening, in your own space… and between fairs, on your Instagram.

What a stand cannot do

Three collectors, one paintingAll three are in front of it at once and you have to choose who to talk to first. By the time you finish with the first, two have gone.
The one who will never askThere are visitors who would have bid and who will not ask a gallerist what something costs. The QR asks nothing of them and takes the offer anyway.
The hours you are not thereA fair is open more hours than anyone can stand at a table, and an opening empties the stand completely. The label works through both.
The list you did not take homeEveryone who was interested walks out unrecorded. Here every offer leaves a verified email and a telephone number.

Between fairs: the work you post on Instagram takes offers too.

Each artwork's bidding is the same on its label, in a story with the link and in a box for your website. With your page, one link in your bio gathers the ones that are open: the work you post on Tuesday can close its bidding on Sunday.

Every work ready in a minute. Open when you say.

Add each work, wherever you are

Photo, artist, title and the lowest offer you would accept, work by work. A word for the fair or the artist is enough to find one among fifty.

Print the labels whenever you like

A credit prepares one work and gives it a printable A6 label with its own QR. Prepared is not open: nothing has a clock yet, so you print the label whenever you like, at the gallery or at the stand itself, and the bidding opens once the wall is up.

Open the bidding when the wall is up

You choose when each work opens and how long it runs: from one hour to seventy-two, or up to ninety days for a long exhibition. Offers arrive while you are talking to somebody else.

Nothing about your prices becomes public

There is no catalogue here, no browsing, and no price record that outlives the fair. Each bidding lives on one QR beside one work, and when it ends its page says only that it has ended. Collectors see the leading amount and how many offers there are — never who made them.

What the wall says is yours to decide: the label prints with or without the starting bid, with or without the closing time, and with or without your gallery’s name on it. With the 40-artwork pack, without our logo too.

What you leave the fair with

Every offer, with an email and a telephone number. The moment bidding closes you get the whole history of a work: each amount, when it was offered, and how to reach the person who offered it — not only the best one, all of them. Download it as a spreadsheet, for one work or for all of them at once.
Your margin, whole. We charge a fixed fee for the software and nothing else: no percentage, no buyer’s premium, no fee tied to what the work is worth. Whatever you agreed with your artist is untouched by us.
The works that did not go.Run one again at the next fair on the same QR — that link never changes — and the record of who wanted it the first time comes with it.

What ArtBidHere is not

Not a marketplaceNo catalogue of ours, no search, no permanent price history. Each bidding is only where you put it: the QR by the artwork and the link you share.
Not a payment intermediaryWe never touch the artwork's money. A bid is an offer; purchase and payment are settled between you and the collector.
Not an auction houseNo commission, no buyer's premium, no fee tied to the artwork's value. Ever.

Questions

What if nobody bids?
Your credit comes back. Each artwork you open for bids uses one credit; if it closes with no bids, that credit comes back and you can reopen the same artwork with it, with the same link and the same QR. The same goes for your free first artwork: if nobody bids, you get it back. You only use credits on artworks that get bids.
When does the credit come back, and when doesn't it?
It comes back when bidding reaches its closing time with no bids, even if you had paused it. It doesn't come back if there is at least one bid, even if you don't end up selling: the bidding worked and you have an interested buyer. Nor does it come back if you withdraw the artwork before closing. Bidding open in your Instagram stories and on the wall at the same time is still one bidding and one credit. A returned credit keeps its pack's expiry; if it had less than a month left, you get 30 days to use it. And once you have opened bidding with a pack, that pack can no longer be refunded in money, even if credits came back.
We show in Madrid and in Miami. Can we take offers in both currencies?
Yes. The currency is chosen work by work, from 152 of them, and fixed once the work is prepared — so the same gallery takes euros at one fair and dollars at the next. What you pay us is a separate matter, charged in euros, pounds or dollars.
What does a collector actually have to do?
Scan, type an amount, an email and a telephone number, and confirm with a 6-digit code we email them. No account, and we never ask for a name. The number is not checked by SMS — it is there so you can pick up a phone instead of losing a conversation to a mistyped address.
Can we change something once the fair has started?
Yes. Artist, title and details stay editable while bidding runs. The photograph, the starting bid and the increment can be changed until the first offer arrives, and are frozen after it, because collectors have bid on what they saw. The closing time is fixed when you open and never moves. You can also pause a work, or withdraw one you have placed at the stand.
How many works can we have out at once?
Fifteen open, prepared or paused at any one moment — a full stand. Drafts do not count, so next month’s fair can be prepared while this one is still on the wall. The working list holds fifty works and the archive two hundred more.

Your next fair is the one to try it at.
